Shipping and delivery information (Australia)
We deliver Australia-wide and email tracking details for every order. You can calculate shipping costs on the cart page before checkout.
Extra-long packaged items cannot be delivered to post offices, PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers.
Split shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Common reasons include pre-ordered items, limited vehicle space with carriers, missed pick-ups, or daily pick-up limits at the warehouse.
Delivery on signature and authority to leave
A signature is required by default. If you prefer the parcel left without a signature, leave an Authority to Leave note at checkout or in your order message and we’ll instruct the carrier to leave it in a secure location.
Address accuracy
Please enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Any additional shipping or handling fees caused by incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.
Order dispatch
We aim to dispatch on the next business day where possible. Delays can occur due to late carrier pick-ups or warehouse backlogs, so next-business-day dispatch is not guaranteed. For urgent orders, email info@rackshop.com.au before placing your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from our freight partners and may vary due to external factors.

Carriers and separate deliveries
Parcels may be carried by Australia Post, StarTrack, or Direct Freight. Separate deliveries can occur due to space limits or missed collections. Please use the cart or checkout to calculate live rates.
Tracking information
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate with the carrier.
Order pick-up
We don’t offer a pick-up service. All orders are dispatched from our local logistics centre and delivered Australia-wide via road express service.
Missing items
If something is missing, email info@rackshop.com.au We will investigate with the carrier and warehouse and re-send any missing items.
Urgent orders
For same-day or next-business-day delivery needs, contact info@rackshop.com.au before ordering. Otherwise, orders will dispatch within our normal 1–2 business day timeframe via road express.
Pre-order items
Pre-orders ship as soon as stock arrives. Each pre-order shows an estimated restock date; shipment or customs delays can occur, so dates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect product received
If you received the wrong item, email a photo to info@rackshop.com.au We will send the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect one at no cost to you.
Delivery failure
Ensure your address is correct. Fees for re-delivery, returns, and handling due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility. A second delivery attempt will be made within 5 business days after a failed first attempt; parcels may be returned after two attempts.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will cover re-delivery and send a replacement at no charge. Replacements are dispatched once the carrier confirms the original is lost or damaged, which may take up to 7 working days. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate.
Bulk orders
For orders of 1,800 units or more per style, email info@rackshop.com.au first so we can confirm inventory before you place the order.
