Order Delivery

Shipping & Delivery – Australia

We deliver Australia-wide with tracking provided via email within 48 hours after the dispatch. Shipping costs can be calculated at cart & checkout pages. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to pre-orders, freight partner capacity, or warehouse volume.

Extra-long items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or local post offices. A signature is required on delivery unless ‘Authority to Leave’ is requested at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, though delays may occur. Delivery estimates (after dispatch) are:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD, SA : 3–7 business days After dispatch

  • WA, NT, TAS Metro: 7–10 business days After dispatch

  • Other Areas: 7–12 business days After dispatch

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update After dispatch.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for additional costs due to incorrect address details.

Issues with Orders
For missing items, wrong products, or damaged/lost parcels, please email us with details & photos. We’ll arrange replacements or returns at no extra cost if confirmed.

Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders
Pre-orders ship once stock is available. For bulk orders over 2,000 units per style, please email us in advance.
